TRADITION BEGINS

Here is something precious that happened when I was invited to a memorable FIRST NATIONS‘ CELEBRATION. This young girl was ready for a traditional dance; her family and friends were by her side. She saw others already in the main area and was now about to join them in the ceremony. Her eyes were filled with confidence as she looked around knowing she would be part of this very inspiring event. She quickly entered and began to dance with the others. Her skill and total involvement brought tears to many eyes, including mine. Here we see a moment of that magic.1Harley
